Why I do what I do…

I believe fitness is about so much more than physical health; it's about building mental strength, resilience, and self-confidence. My "why" is rooted in helping people push past their limits to become better versions of themselves, not just in the gym but in all aspects of life. Whether it’s through strength training, martial arts or improving flexibility and movement. I’m passionate about empowering others to take control of their fitness and, in turn, their lives.

I love helping people achieve their goals. Fitness should be fun and transformative, which is why I focus on creating balance and sustainable habits.

With a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in Sports Coaching from Edinburgh Napier University and a sporting background in basketball and martial arts, I’ve always been drawn to health and fitness. Inspired by my upbringing as the son of a fitness instructor and doctor, I now work with people of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to those training for competitive sports or who approach their fitness with a performance-driven mindset.

My goal is simple: to make fitness enjoyable and accessible while helping you grow both physically and mentally. I bring a friendly, supportive approach to coaching, an uplifting energy to every session, and personalised training tailored to your specific needs.
